All officers are screened to BS 7858 standards. That covers a full ten-year employment history check, identity and right-to-work verification, criminal record checks and reference validation before they're cleared to work.
For standard cover we can usually mobilise within 24–48 hours of a signed agreement. For urgent or emergency situations, a break-in, a sudden site closure, a guard failing to turn up from another provider, we can often deploy same day.

Yes. Every officer we deploy holds a valid front-line SIA licence for the role they're carrying out, and licences are checked regularly throughout their time with us. We're happy to provide licence details for any officer assigned to your site.

Yes. We provide cover around the clock, 365 days a year, whether that's continuous manned guarding, overnight and weekend cover, or officers on site only during your highest-risk hours. Our control room is staffed 24/7 too, so there's always someone to call and every shift is monitored from start to finish.
We hold a secure set of your keys, so nobody from your team has to attend site out of hours. When your alarm activates, our control room dispatches a trained officer to investigate, check the premises and deal with whatever they find, resetting a false alarm, liaising with police, or arranging emergency boarding-up. You get a full report, and you're only called if you genuinely need to be.
